Please try to adhere to the following internationally accepted guidelines.
Cape Mobile Spa is a professional Spa, delivering a professional service. Massage is beneficial to your mental and emotional well-being therefore our mobile massage does not include any type of sexual technique.
Appointments need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation charge.
Cape Mobile Spa requires a 50% deposit as confirmation of booking and balance to be settled on or before the event. No refund if booking is cancelled.
Traveling is charged accordingly depending on the distance of venue.
All treatments are performed on a massage table. Cape Mobile Spa Therapist(s) arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to set- up. Please make sure that there is sufficient space for us to set-up. The therapists take great care in ensuring your privacy, so all body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort.
Any illicit or sexual advances or remarks will result in the session being immediately terminated therefore forfeiting your payment and treatment.
Secure parking is required on the premises or as close to the venue as possible.
Gratuity is never asked for but much appreciated by the therapist. It is customary to give a 10% - 15% gratuity if your are satisfied with the service you have received.
